Remote Technician Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer service while achieving sales goals.


• Operate a company van for repairs within your designated area.


• Ensure legal and safety compliance in vans.


• Travel up to 100% to visit customers.


• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot/repair devices.


• Manage inventory and coordinate same-day pick-up logistics.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

To Apply - Remote Technician:

• 1+ year sales experience.


• 6+ months electronics troubleshooting, along with hands-on screen replacement experience.


• Work schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (40 hours/week). Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as part of the regular schedule with rotating days off.


• Background check (driver license, criminal and drug test).


• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office.
