For over 40 years, Louisiana Eye and Laser has been committed to bringing the latest technology and treatments to the Central and Northern Louisiana population. Annually our providers see over 150,000 patients and perform over 15,000 procedures in 14 communities across the state while being assisted by an experienced team of 20 providers and over 150 staff members.

We are a multi-specialty, group, ophthalmology practice interested in adding a retina surgeon. The practice currently has great infrastructure for retina including drug inventory, diagnostic equipment, a robust injection practice, and access to surgical retina equipment where surgery is done.

The new surgeon will have great autonomy and discretion in their the practice. Support staff will be offered including a scribe. Patients will be available to take over on arrival. The efficient practice will allow a high volume of patients to be seen in clinic.

Base salary + competitive bonus incentive. Partner eligible position if mutually desired.
