RETIREMENT COUNSELOR NEEDED (Sales and Marketing Professional)

Job Description
Immediate Sales and Marketing opportunity available in luxury retirement community in East County San Diego for dynamic, energetic, self-starting sales professional.

Opportunity:
Retirement Counselor needed for Lantern Crest Senior Living, an upscale, 34-acre senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care neighborhoods. We are a family-owned and operated business whose success is based on the talent and dedication of our wonderful employees.

Retirement Counselor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline
• Utilize prospect-centered selling techniques
• Generate leads by developing and maintaining strong external relationships with industry professionals
• Manage day-to-day activities with CRM system
• Work closely with Resident Services Director to ensure quality placement of potential clientele for AL/MC
• Collaborate with sales team to implement successful and productive events, creating a lasting impression for leads/lead sources

Required Skills
• Minimum of three (3) years sales and marketing experience in senior healthcare
• Minimum one (1) year experience within a senior living community with assisted living and  memory care neighborhoods 
• Ability to thrive in both individual and collaborative team environments
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong external relationships with industry professionals who can provide qualified leads
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas, driving occupancy
• Excellent ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to support team sales efforts
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive locally for external business development
• Ability to travel as needed for training and workshops

Santee, California
Position Type
Full-time/Regular Days and hours TBD, at least one weekend day will be required.
