Retirement Plan Analyst (401k) Remote

Benetrends Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Analyst to manage a portfolio of 401(k) plans and deliver exceptional client service. Must reside in (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, MA, NC, NY, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT)

What You’ll Do

• Serve as primary contact for 401(k) plan clients


• Perform daily plan administration: contributions, loans, distributions, hardships, QDROs


• Complete compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 402(g))


• Support Form 5500 preparation & annual plan deadlines


• Resolve operational and compliance issues


• Maintain accurate tasks in PensionPro


• Communicate complex plan rules in clear, client-friendly language

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in 401(k) administration & IRS regulations


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Excellent problem solving & attention to detail


• ASPPA credential(s) a plus (or willingness to obtain)


• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
