Scion Staffinghas been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Retirement Plan Manager of small to mid-sized DC planson behalf of our client, a tax and accounting consultancy serving medical practices in Chicagoland. This hybrid position works on-site several days a week in their office in the north Chicago suburbs.

As the Retirement Plan Department Manager,

you'll be a strategic partner, guiding plan sponsors, employees, and internal staff through the intricacies of their plans. Whether it's choosing the right fit, ensuring compliance, or educating participants, you'll be their go-to expert.

Lead a team:Develop and inspire 2-3 staff members in the plan department.
Continuous learning:Stay ahead of evolving regulations and industry trends.

You'll excel if you have:

4+ years managing small to mid-size DC plans.
In-house TPA experience is required.
Expertise in compliance testing,reporting,and plan design.
Experience preparing over 20 individual5500s annually (Datair experience a plus).
Superb communication skills for client and team interaction.
Strong organizational,analytical,and math skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

In addition to a competitive base salary of $100,000-$120,000 (DOE), + bonus, + commissions, this incredible role provides a comprehensive full-time employee benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, FSA, 401(k), Paid time off, Professional development assistance and a retirement plan.
