Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive retirement needs assessments for clients.
• Develop customized retirement plans tailored to each client's financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Educate clients about various retirement options, including investment vehicles and insurance products.
• Monitor and review client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with retirement objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to help clients adjust their strategies as needed.
• Stay current with changes in retirement laws, tax regulations, and financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and follow-up.

• Proven experience as a Retirement Planner or in a similar financial advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of retirement products, investment strategies, and financial planning principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and educate clients.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to make informed recommendations.
• Certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
