Retirement Services Program Coordinator

Job Description:

- $41,600 salary with $2,000 hiring bonus

- on-call stipend

- $20 hourly pay in addition to your salary when working a direct support shift providing coverage.

Responsibilities: 

- Provide staff leadership

- Ensure clinical needs of residents with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities are met

- Overseeing functions of the retirement center

- Creating and maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment 

Requirements:

- Strong Leadership, Organizational and Schedule management skills

- Proficiency in recreational planning 

- Problem solving, Time Management, Flexibility and Attention to Detail 

- Conflict Resolution and Interpersonal Skills

- Previous experience with IDD population Required 

- 2-year degree or higher in relevant fields Required:

Bachelor's Degree in a human service related field and at least two years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license. 

OR 

Bachelor's Degree in a field other than one related to developmental disabilities and at least four years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.
