Retreat Support Staff

We are looking for Retreat Support Staff personnel ready to join our team in our efforts. This position requires high levels of hospitality, thoughtfulness, & energy! Our standards are high as we expect nothing but the best for our guests. Though we pride ourselves on our peaceful & relaxing environment, this position does not lack novelty and excitement. This position ensures a seamless arrival and daily guest considerations, i.e., meal times, clean up, preparations for scheduled activities, & otherwise holding a hospitality-centric posture of service to our guests.Role responsibilities for our Retreat Support Staff Team:

• Ensure a seamless arrival by preparing guest accommodations before arrival


• Welcome & engage guests upon arrival


• Answer guest's questions about facilities & the retreat property


• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and retreat grounds


• Complete any necessary preparations for daily activities


• Ensure guests are comfortable


• Ensure firewood is cut & stocked for all facilities (firepits & fireplaces)


• Maintain grounds, i.e., lawn care & garden


• Maintain retreat vehicles' cleanliness


• Prepare retreat vehicles for guests to use


• Maintain mealtime hospitality

• Ensure snacks/beverages remained well stocked


• Encourage/remind guests to be restful & present


• Manage & record merchandise


• Guide guests on property tours


• Guide guests during daily activities
