WHO
we’re looking for:
We are
looking for a Return Risk Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the daily operations for Care Return Risk operations. This role involves support managing Refurbish Centers and 3PL vendors. Monitor and track all Return Authorization (RA) from creation until posting of goods. Ensure all inventory movements at the warehouses are processed correctly and timely. Support and improve the Care Exchange White Glove experience for customers by partnering with Call Center and 3PLs.
Role
and Responsibilities:
- Monitor/Tracking of all Technical Return Authorization (RA).
- Daily review and submission of approved of B-Good scrap.
- Manage daily inventory movement across Refurbish Centers.
- Monitor 3PL Exchange and Return White Glove Performance.
- Monitor SLA/KPI with RBs and 3PLs.
- Address all inventory and RA discrepancies.
- Manage and Process Claims against 3PL and Vendors.
- Work with Call Center on addressing customer escalations related to 3PL issues.
- Recommend improvements by reviewing vendor’s performance.
Required Experience and Education:
- At least 3 years of work experience in Returns Management or Reverse Logistics.
- BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Being familiar with the sales or service operation of electronic goods.
- Experience with claims and shipment tracking websites.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include
ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the
eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display
terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged
periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing
high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
