Job Description - Returns Clerk

Role
Execute all tasks as a Returns Clerk in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, count, sort, clean, and inspect items returned from our customers.
Enter all pertinent information in our company’s data base.
Issue credits to customer accounts.
Track and reconcile inventory of defective items.
Bag and label processed items for return to salable inventory.
Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed.
General clerical duties as needed.

Successful Candidates Will Have

Rigorous attention to detail.
General data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hrs.
Lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to learn new skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potentially changing priorities.
Good manual dexterity.
Basic accounting skills are desirable for this position.
Ability to work on a team.
Must be flexible and have the ability to transition between tasks throughout the day.

We Offer

Pay: $17.50 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM till 5PM.
