GS Global Resources, a growing distributor, integrator, and manufacturer located in Mukwonago WI, is known nationally as a supplier of mobile and industrial hydraulic and electronic control systems. We have an immediate opening for a Returns Coordinator to join our Returns team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Issue and enter returns to both internal and external customers

· Answer customer calls and emails in a timely manner

· Enter and coordinate customer repair orders and associated jobs

· Research and process customer returned product

· Follow-up on received returns, not received returns, and any “Waiting disposition” returns

· Enter and participate in resolution of “Probtraks” for customer delivery and quality issues

· Troubleshoot and work with Quality on incorrect/damaged inventory

· Gather part and price information and quote repairs, service work and components

· Balance account and workload priorities to meet internal and external deadlines

· Work with suppliers to request return numbers and coordinate factory warranty repairs and/or evaluations

· Work with accounting to request and process credits to customers and from suppliers

· Request pricing on new components

· Coordinate new part number requests 

· Assist Purchasing with component expedites

· Coordinate component deviations with Sales/Engineering/Production

· Work with Accounting to process credits to customers

· Work on specific projects as well as day to day activities

The Requirements for the Ideal Candidate Include:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented

· Ability to problem solve in complex situations

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Strong computer skills

· Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency

· Experience in ERP systems (Epicor, not required, but a plus)

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills, professional communication skills – verbal and written

· General understanding of Accounting flow
