Kimco Staffing is currently seeking for a Returns Coordinator in Rancho Cucamonga
Hours : M- T 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday 7:30 am - 4:00pm
Pay ; $20 per hour
Job Responsibilities :
- Process a high volume of retail returns received through phone, fax, email, and web channels.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to returns and customer inquiries.
- Provide assistance to sales representatives and vendors in addressing customer complaints and concerns.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and follow company protocols for return processing.
- Utilize strong tenkey and typing skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in resolving customer issues and providing satisfactory solutions.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using ERP systems for data entry and processing.
- Strong tenkey and typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
