Job Description - Returns Processing Specialist (RMA)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Returns Processing Specialist to join our fulfillment team in Lakeland, Florida. This full-time, onsite role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate handling of returned GPS devices in a fast-paced and growing fleet services company. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and brings strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process returned RMA packages from customers promptly and accurately
Test incoming devices to determine if they should be refurbished, returned to the manufacturer under warranty, or recycled
Initiate and manage returns to suppliers, including tracking and expediting as needed
Configure refurbished devices for reuse in our GPS tracking applications
Maintain accurate records within internal systems for returns and inventory status

Qualifications

Experience working with technical equipment or in logistics/fulfillment is preferred
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent listening and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to accuracy and empathy
Comfortable using online platforms and tools to manage returns and inventory
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
