Position Overview: The Part-Time Returns Specialist (20 hours expected, Monday through Friday, day shift) plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations, responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of product returns. This individual will be a key contributor to maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely resolution of return issues, and upholding Voomi's commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of receiving deliveries of returns from our transportation carriers

• Maintain tracking information on our in-transit returns

• Utilize RF scanners for returns processing and WMS management

• Handle return inspections including photo documentation and escalating patterns of recurring issues

• Problem solve hospital orders using various supply chain systems

• Speak to KPIs around productivity and processing defects

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with returns and shipping/receiving operations with FedEx/UPS/USPS

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel

• Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.

• Previous experience with HVAC/plumbing/electrical supplies is a plus.

• Lift and move boxes exceeding 50 pounds

• The selected candidate will be hired based on a successful background check and drug screen (*we do not drug test for THC)
