 The Parking Manager will perform all parking operations functions for the Winston-Salem Account (Wake Forest). This position reports to Rhino, the Event Staffing Division of REVELXP.

Parking Manager duties and responsibilities include the following. Duties may be added or changed at any time based on business needs, without requiring additional compensation or benefits.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Management of Parking responsibilities at Wake Forest University athletic events and additional events held at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, including concerts, graduations, etc.
• Oversee the management of the Parking Attendants and Cashier personnel during event operations.   
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and general management of entire part-time parking employee staff 
• Implementing measures to enhance safety and security within the managed parking areas 
• Promoting the positive work environment and adhering to the customer service standards.
• Reach performance and customer service goals.   
• Review and manage staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are met, and hours have been entered correctly.  
• Coordinate extensively with other Winston Salem Account Managers to schedule staff
• Work to meet deadlines for time sensitive items including invoicing, payroll, and call sheets. 
• Manage vendor relationships
• Perform other related duties as assigned.  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the scheduling of part-time staff as needed. 
• Oversee the management of the customer service representatives and parking personnel during event operations.   
• Oversee payroll timecard entries, and the invoicing of clients for services rendered. 
• Attend meetings with the Clients and prepare an estimate of staffing costs. 
• Negotiate contracts with clients outside your contracted client agreement. 
• Maintain communication with the client to ensure requests are met for upcoming events. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3-5 years of experience in parking operations effective talent sourcing methods, recruiting and interviewing
• Proficient communication skills using phone and online meeting platforms
• Experience using Teams; experience and skills, or ability to quickly learn, the use of scheduling tools to run reports, etc. 
• Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
