As a Cognyter you will:
Analyze large and complex datasets across departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights
Translate business needs into structured data analysis, delivering impactful dashboards, reports, and recommendations
Support strategic decision-making through business intelligence tools and data storytelling
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives across the organization
Collaborate with IT and GTM teams to evaluate current Salesforce (SFDC) usage, identify workflow gaps, and enhance CRM-related processes
Help design, document, and implement improvements in Salesforce to increase efficiency, automation, and data integrity
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure CRM updates meet operational needs
Maintain high data quality and governance standards within Salesforce
Provide user training and support change management for Salesforce process updates
For that mission, you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in a data analyst role with a strong focus on data-driven insights and CRM optimization
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), including workflows, reports, dashboards, and data governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
High attention to detail and a passion for turning data into meaningful business outcomes
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages – an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar); advanced degree – an advantage
