About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Revenue and COGS Controller to join our global finance team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of revenue recognition (under ASC 606), manage COGS and inventory processes, support revenue forecasting, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls. You'll work closely with regional finance leads, legal, sales, and auditors to support the financial health of a fast-moving, international tech environment.

What You’ll Do as a Part of Your Role:

  • SOX Controls Documentation: develop and maintain robust documentation of SOX controls for Revenue, COGS recognition, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and corporate policies.
  • Accounting Reviews: conduct in-depth technical reviews of customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP. Identify potential accounting issues and recommend solutions to align with regulatory standards.
  • Revenue Recognition Optimization: support business teams by assessing new deals to optimize revenue recognition while identifying and mitigating associated risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on revenue implications and compliance.
  • Audit Support: act as a liaison with EY auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Revenue Source Analysis: perform detailed analysis of specific revenue streams, including Kinetics and Private Networks, to support accurate reporting and business decision-making.

What does it require from you?

  • CPA qualified – A must.
  • 2–3 years post-internship experience in audit, revenue, or cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS/Cloud) – advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills and sharp analytical thinking.
  • Professional-level English – written and spoken.
  • A collaborative, hands-on team player with high attention to detail.
