What you will be doing... Your IMPACT 

• Prepares invoices and billing support documents for customers.


• Review invoices for discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and internal customers to resolve, and coordinate with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection of invoices.


• Maintains billing documentation and audit information in accordance with company policy.


• Participation and completion of all activities relative to month end deadlines.


• Performs all other duties as assigned.

 What we are looking for...    

You will need to have: 

• Valid Driver's License


• HS diploma/GED


• Reliable transportation to and from work


• 1-3 years of prior experience working in an office environment

Even better if you have...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field


• 0-3 Years of Revenue or Accounts Receivable experience


• Familiarity with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
