The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ABA and related therapies revenue cycle process, including credentialing, patient billing, collections, coding, accounts receivable (A/R) management, and cash posting. The role is critical in ensuring that revenue is maximized, billing processes are efficient, and regulatory compliance is maintained. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize financial performance, and ensure timely reimbursements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in billing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Certifications: Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or CRCR) preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare billing, collections, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), payer rules, and healthcare regulations.
Skills:
Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically CentralReach and eClinicalWorks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Spanish preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team.
