What You'll Do: As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our Bookkeeping Department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Post insurance payments accurately and timely in the practice management system


• Review and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and variances as identified


• Complete insurance audits and assist with payer requests and reconciliations


• Perform CBS and contractual adjustments in accordance with payer contracts and internal policies


• Process insurance refunds and overpayments in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines


• · Previous experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training provided.
