Revenue Cycle Specialist – Insurance Follow-Up (Mid-Level)

Are you an experienced insurance follow-up professional who knows how to get claims paid? Our growing medical practice is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist – Insurance Follow-Up to join our team. In this role, you’ll use your skills to make sure insurance companies pay accurately and on time, while helping us keep operations running smoothly.

        What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of insurance follow-up and manage your own claims portfolio.

• Call payers, research claim issues, and resolve denials or delays.

• Correct and resubmit claims to ensure proper reimbursement.

• Track and document every step to keep the billing system accurate.
  
  What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, or revenue cycle management.

• Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and payer rules.

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, persistent approach.

• Excellent communicator — professional, clear, and confident.

• Skilled with EMR/billing software and Microsoft Office.
