Job Description:

• Location Requirement: This is an onsite role based in the Rocky Mountain region. Candidates must live locally in the Denver, Colorado area and be able to work onsite as required. Remote work arrangements are not available for this position.

• Conduct detailed analysis of revenue cycle performance, including billing, charge capture, denials, reimbursement trends, and AR metrics.  Provide feedback to clinic employees and providers to improve revenue integrity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. [Required]
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and finance teams to ensure documentation, billing, and reimbursement processes are accurate and compliant.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements, workflow changes, and system enhancements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership through presentations, written reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge and understanding of HCPC/CPT-4 and compliance related to these codes. [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

• in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or another related field

Work Experience:

• 5+ experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting [Required]
• 5+ experience in an acute care or physician office charge capture/audit setting [Preferred]
