Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
§ Managing and adapting processes related to the forward planning of the revenue and deal pipeline
§ Maintaining relationships with the Sales teams to communicate priorities and ensure closed-loop feedback between Sales and other departments
§ Ensuring efficient execution of the deal pipeline generated by the Sales team
§ Developing and implementing processes to ensure efficient forward planning
§ Co-ordinating all departments involved in deal pipeline generation and execution in high-pressure situations involving last-minute schedule changes
Required attributes:
§ 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (including consulting firms, start-ups, PE/VC, investment banks, advisory, large corporate etc.)
§ Strong problem solving experience, especially in a process or corporate environment
§ High attention to detail
§ Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to maintain good relationships with many people in high pressure situations
§ Team leadership experience
§ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from reputable university

§ 注重细节
§ 很强的人际关系,能够在压力下与人保持很好的人际关系
§ 有担任过组长一职的经历
§ 重点大学本科或硕士毕业生
