Job Description - Revenue Manager (General Manager)


    As a Revenue Manager at Gaopeng you will be together with the Head of Sales responsible for leading a team of 20-60 people within the Sales, HR, City Planning, Quality Assurance, Partner Management and financial departments, while producing and exceeding revenue targets for the city as a whole. The RM reports directly to top and executive management at the Beijing HQ and communicates daily with GMs across China to ensure proper implementation of strategies and attainment of overall growth targets.



We expect you to be an extremely organized and process-oriented problem solver capable of working in high pressure environments. You must have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, as a big part of your job will be to align expectations and actions of staff-members.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


·         · Managing and adapting processes related to the forward planning of the revenue and deal pipeline


·         · Defining high level as well as detailed revenue and deal plans based on local and international competitive analysis and insight


·         · Managing all local non-sales departments (HR, CP, office management, etc.) in close coordination with headquarter


·         · Maintaining relationships with the Sales teams to communicate priorities and ensure closed-loop feedback between Sales and other departments


·         · Ensuring efficient execution of the deal pipeline (by the Sales team)


·         · Developing and implementing processes to ensure efficient forward planning


·         ·Coordinating all departments involved in deal pipeline generation and execution in high-pressure situations involving last-minute schedule changes


Qualifications:


·         ·3+ years experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (including consulting firms, start-ups, PE/VC, investment banks, advisory, large corporate etc.)


·         ·Strong problem solving experience, especially in a process or corporate environment


·         ·High attention to detail


·         ·Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to maintain good relationships with many people in high pressure situations


·         ·Team leadership experience


·         ·Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from reputable university, international experience a plus


·         ·Fluent Mandarin (Fluent in English is a plus – but not required)

·          管理并调整与收益和交易排期相关的远期计划流程;


·          分析并了解当地和国际竞争对手的商行背景,制定深层次的详细的收益和订单计划;


·          与总部保持密切联系,管理当地除销售部门之外的所有部门(包括人事,城市规划,办公室管理等部门)


·          与销售团队保持良好关系,及时沟通优先代办事项,确保销售与其他部门之间的闭环反馈;


·          确保销售团队的交易排期有效执行


·          开发新流程以确保远期计划得以有效执行;


·          协调处理各部门执行交易计划遇到的问题,以及紧急状况下计划即将执行前发生的变化;


岗位要求


·          有3年以上在快节奏和压力大的环境工作的经历(咨询公司,新创公司,股票/风险投资, 投资银行,顾问及大型企业等)


·          善于解决问题,尤其是具备大型企业环境下解决问题的能力


·          高度重视细节;


·          擅长交际,在富有挑战的环境下可以维持良好的团队关系;


·          有团队领导经验的优先考虑;


·          名牌大学毕业的学士或硕士学位, 有留学经验更佳


·          普通话流利 (英语流利更佳)
