We are looking for a high-impact Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Partnerships department. In this role, you will be the strategic backbone of our indirect sales motion, working at the intersection of data, process, and strategy.

You will partner closely with Regional Directors, global leadership, and our central RevOps team to drive efficiency and scale our global footprint.   • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to department leaders, identifying market trends and business opportunities to drive data-influenced decisions.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales efforts with a focus on ROI, quota attainment, partner-sourced deals, and pipeline health.
  • Process Optimization: Design, build, and maintain scalable business processes and workflows that remove friction and boost team productivity.
  • Data & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex datasets, translating them into actionable business insights, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Growth Modeling: Oversee sales planning and growth models to ensure our strategies align with market opportunities and target audiences.
  • Tech Stack Evolution: Foster an environment of continuous improvement by prioritizing investments in enabling technologies and sales tools.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or as a Business Analyst within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential. You should be comfortable managing processes and extracting meaningful insights from the platform.
  • Analytical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is required; SQL knowledge is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and ambitious. You enjoy solving complex problems and remain comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • AI Savvy: Experience utilizing AI tools (LLMs, Agents) in your daily workflow to increase efficiency is a major plus!
