Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Support system and process redesign for enhanced scalability, increased sales productivity, and streamlined operations to facilitate scalable business growth.
  • Collaborate effectively across businesses, functions, and regions to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather insights from diverse stakeholders involved in projects.
  • Design and develop project transition dashboards, integrating key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for real-time progress tracking.
  • Ensure dashboards offer visibility into project milestones, risks, and overall status.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations summarizing project transition progress, key achievements, and potential concerns.
  • Translate business issues into clear, detailed, and structured requirements.
  • Indirectly manage large, cross-functional teams to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate globally to develop and advance key initiatives, optimize business processes, design policies, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders and define milestones, ensuring follow-up on action items for completeness and alignment.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base within the area of expertise.
  • Structure analytical approaches, develop project strategies, and tactics.
  • Develop meaningful measurement systems to confirm the impact on business.
  • Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualification and Experience:
  • 5+ years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales platforms and program/project management.
  • Positive attitude along with a passion for the business and data.
  • Experience with end-to-end sales processes and tools.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate ideas and requirements from sales leadership into a documented process with defined timelines.
  • Engage relevant resources to turn requirements into tangible programs that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Excellent communications skills and a high level of comfort collaborating with both sales and data minded cross functional team members.
  • Ability to articulate Sales Operations practices Channels, Inside Sales, PreSales, Renewals, Compensation, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical, reporting, data manipulation, problem solving and Business Intelligence skills with attention to visual & design nuances in analysis presentation.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Clair and CPQ tools are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture.
  • Can crunch the numbers and clearly articulate the key takeaways in an executive summary Tell a story .
  • Comfortable working with diverse global counterparts.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, and able to build professional, executive worthy decks.
  • Ability to quickly pivot and thrive in an agile environment and meet critical deadlines.
  • Must be able to coordinate decisions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage a meeting end-to-end: agenda, presentation, strong written and verbal skills, note taking and follow through on actions and deliverables.
  • Self-Directed individual who will seek out information as needed to achieve the right outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating with limited resources and doing hands on work to get the job done.
