As a Revenue Specialist, you'll be on the frontlines of recovering past-due balances and ensuring Olly Olly maintains healthy cash flow. This is a high-volume, phone-based role where grit, determination, and strong communication skills are critical. You’ll be making 125+ outbound calls daily to follow up with delinquent clients and secure payments. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, doesn’t shy away from difficult conversations, and knows how to turn objections into opportunities.

You’ll work alongside a small but mighty team, driven by clear KPIs and a shared goal of reducing outstanding receivables and increasing recovered revenue.

  • Own the Collections Process: Make high-volume outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts and work to collect outstanding payments.
  • Overcome Objections with Confidence: Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, persistence, and empathy.
  • Track and Report: Maintain detailed records of all contact attempts, client feedback, and payment statuses using internal systems.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with the Account Management and Finance teams to resolve account discrepancies and provide context on payment challenges.
  • Drive Results: Hit (or exceed) daily KPIs and monthly collection goals—your performance directly impacts company health and growth.
  • Stay Resilient: Rejection is part of the role—but you’ll keep going, adapting your approach to get results.
  • 1–2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar phone-based role
  • Prior experience working with small to medium-sized businesses preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure commitments over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Experience with U.S.-based clients or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with subscription or recurring billing models.
  • Proficiency in Stripe, Profitwell, and Hubspot.
  • Salary: $40,000 + bonus based on performance
  • Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Post-Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
