Opportunity
New England Lab is seeking a Revit - Drafter for our Woburn, MA office. Our Drafting team plays a key role in each project and overall company success. In this position there is a focus on detail, consistency, and precision in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings a growing A/E/C commercial background and hands-on Revit experience, gained within a specialty subcontracting or contracting environment. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Drafting Manager. Our core business hours are 8am – 5pm M-F, with opportunity and expectation of overtime.
Role
New England Lab is seeking a Revit – Drafter with commercial A/E/C experience. You will be responsible for developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details of laboratory casework and furniture systems using Revit. Drafters work closely with other departments, particularly Project Managers (PM’s) – to ensure accurate drawings, as well as Estimating – to determine customer requirements and scope of work. Experience with BIM coordination in a lab furniture or specialty subcontracting environment is highly valued. You are responsible for the following:

This is a stationary position involving constant operation of computers and other office machinery. Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required.
