Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Structural Designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Revit, expertise in cast-in-place structural concrete and structural steel design, and significant experience in dam engineering. As a Remote Structural Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and analysis of various structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project teams to develop structural designs for various engineering projects, with a focus on dams and water infrastructure.
2. Utilize Revit software to create detailed structural models and drawings.
3. Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.
4. Prepare construction documents, specifications, and reports.
5. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
6. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
7. Conduct site visits and assessments as necessary.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to structural engineering.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in the water or dam engineering sector.
2. Proficiency in Revit software for structural design and modeling.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in cast-in-place concrete and structural steel design.
4. Experience with dam engineering, including familiarity with relevant regulations and design standards.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Previous engineering experience or relevant technical background preferred.
