Revival Group Pastors play a critical role in facilitating our environment. They are the CEO's of each of their own worlds. They bring leadership, development, presence and oversight at a high level for each of the environments they oversee.

RGP's catalyze student growth and development and aim to produce two primary results among the online student body: captivated hearts and transformed minds.

Captivated hearts are ones that refuse to remain on the sidelines, and express both high ownership in life and find a high level of belonging. They are captivated by the presence of God and seek His presence above anything else.

Transformed minds examine and engage with life from the perspective of four key beliefs:

1. everyone is significant
2. God is in a good mood
3. Jesus' blood paid for everything
4. nothing is impossible with God.

Position Type: Part-Time

Hours: 20 Hours Per Week

Salary: $26.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and host weekly online student sessions, including worship, teachings, and small groups.
• Support and train student mentors to lead and care for their assigned students.
• Engage students during live sessions through online interaction, encouragement, and ministry.
• Lead or assist in small groups, master classes, table talks, and encounter rooms.
• Attend weekly team and staff meetings to coordinate and align efforts across the school.
• Host guest speakers and help lead portions of live sessions as needed.
• Provide pastoral support, leadership development, and referral to additional care resources as needed.
• Participate in staff development, summits, and occasional travel opportunities.
• Help identify and empower emerging leaders among students.

• Strong pastoral heart with a desire to disciple and equip students
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead in both structured and spontaneous settings
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
• Flexibility to attend live sessions and meetings during scheduled times (e.g., Wednesday afternoons)
