The Role

This is our leadership role for RevOps. You'll build the strategy and systems our GTM team runs on across sales and marketing, in close partnership with our founders. You will manage the full funnel from supporting outbound and inbound, lead enrichment, scoring and routing, attribution, outbound automation, largely from scratch. Every system you touch will be AI-forward, and you'll have access to the best tooling out there to build with. You own it end to end, with a technical team to support.

What You'll Do

  • With our founders, develop and execute our revenue generation strategy and create and scale the systems to deliver it

  • Build and own lead routing, scoring, and enrichment across our funnel

  • Drive reps to peak performance with high accountability and data-driven prioritization

  • Stand up attribution so we actually know what's driving pipeline and then work across sales and marketing to execute a cost-efficient pipeline to close win rate

  • Automate outbound workflows with AI agents and no/low-code tools

  • Manage a clean CRM that is structured, consistent, and trusted

  • Work directly with sales, marketing, and product to remove friction wherever reps get stuck

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years in Growth Ops, RevOps, or automation engineering

  • Expertise in B2B sales and marketing lifecycles and tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, or Make that comprise the GTM stack

  • A systems thinker. You see the whole funnel and how to accelerate it efficiently

  • Engineering background is a plus, not a requirement

  • Based in or open to relocating to Mountain View

Compensation

$200k+ base and equity. Plus health/dental/vision, flexible PTO, and an annual company offsite.
