REWORK (Soldering)

Responsibilities:

• Perform rework, repairs, and modifications on solar panel assemblies using soldering techniques
  


• Inspect and test soldered joints for quality assurance
  


• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
  


• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet daily production goals
  


• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of prior soldering or rework experience in a manufacturing setting
  


• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  


• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  


• Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols is a plus
  


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently remains stationary up to 75% of the time
  


• Frequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk
  


• Occasionally (Team Lift) carry weight and/or lift objects (light to moderate) weighing up to 20lbs.
  


• Frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information
  


• Frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, testing equipment, office documents.
  


• Occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to work area
