RF Mentor - UMTS - LTE Optimization and Performance Engineer (19932)

-LTE Performance Management; knowledge of parameters, performance counters and KPIs.
- Thorough knowledge of GSM/WCDMA/LTE technologies with subject matter expertise on Ericsson LTE RAN to share experience from already deployed LTE networks and mentor regional team during initial test sites configuration and activation. 
- Lead activities on LTE training sessions to bring regional team and market engineers up to speed with LTE technology
- Skills and knowledge to provide hands on training and knowledge share using LTE initial test sites: LTE RAN system components and OSS performance, configuration and fault management.
- Creation of guidelines and procedures on LTE initial coverage tuning, parameter and capacity optimization techniques. 
-Provide expertise on LTE prelaunch post launch optimization and usage of RF analysis tools and processes. 
- Lead LTE RAN features and parameters trials.

A minimum of 8 years work experience in RF Optimization. 
A minimum of 2 years good work experience on LTE Optimization.
Must have worked on any two of the following equipment – Ericsson LTE
