RF Optimization Engineer

We are seeking highly motivated experienced UMTS/LTE engineers to support our clients in their deployment and optimization efforts. Candidates must have several years of experience as RF optimization engineers with minimum 1 year experience of hands on optimization on live Alcatel Lucent UMTS networks. Candidates will be responsible for:

• RF network design, planning and optimization activities
• Link budget analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis
• Ensure data integrity of drive test data for model calibration
• Network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks, including parameter implementation through OSS, MML, and batch scripts
• BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
• Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for multiple technologies
• Perform site build verification and acceptance
• Perform frequency planning and/or scrambling code/ PN planning
• Perform co-channel and adjacent channel interference testing and analysis

BSEE or equivalent experience
5 years RF Engineering experience
1+ years of hands on optimization on live Alcatel Lucent
