About LAW

Legal Action Worldwide (LAW) is an independent non-profit organisation providing legal assistance and promoting human rights in conflict-affected countries.

LAW Ukraine invites qualified companies to submit quotations for the provision of logistics, travel, accommodation and event organisation services under a 12-month Frame Agreement.

Scope of Services

Suppliers may apply for one or both of the following lots:

Lot 1 – Event Organisation Services

• Event management and coordination


• Venue booking


• Catering services


• Simultaneous interpretation


• Online and hybrid event support


• Photography, videography and printing services

Lot 2 – Travel & Accommodation Services

• Hotel reservations


• Domestic and international travel


• Train, bus and airline ticket booking


• Local and international transfers

Partial offers for individual lots are welcome.

Eligibility

Interested companies should demonstrate:

• Relevant experience providing similar services;


• Capacity to deliver services throughout Ukraine (and internationally where applicable);


• Experience working with NGOs, international organisations or donor-funded projects is an advantage.

Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers should submit their application through the Bamboo portal and upload:

• Cover Letter;


• Technical Proposal / Company Profile;


• Price Schedule (separate document);


• Company Registration Documents;


• At least three relevant references;


• Any additional documents requested in the full RFQ.
