• Physician in Practice: 6

• Support Staff: 4 MAs, 4 LPNs, 5 Schedulers

• Procedures/Duties: Intravenous Therapy

• No of Exam Rooms: 2

• No of Infusion Rooms: 20

• X -Ray & Lab On -site: Yes

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active OR License

• BC/BE

• DEA

• BLS

• Local or drive -in (highly preferred)
