Ride Attraction Operator - The City Forum

Requirements

• Skills: Outgoing and professional with a strong focus on safety and guest experience.


• Availability: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Age: Must be 18 years or older.


• Experience: Previous customer service or amusement park experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride attractions safely, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences.


• Provide clear, friendly instructions and assist guests with boarding and exiting rides.


• Inspect and maintain ride areas, reporting any issues promptly.


• Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere.

• Ensure a safe and incident-free experience for all guests.


• Delight customers with outstanding service, encouraging repeat visits.


• Maintain efficient ride operations and a clean, organized environment.

Physical  Requirements

  • Work in varying conditions, including temperature changes, loud noises, and bright or flashing lights.
  
  
  • Maintain constant foot pressure on a pedal for extended periods as required.
  
  
  • Stay focused and alert to follow safety protocols and guest procedures.
  
  
  • Remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions in unexpected situations.
