Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rippling HRIS Functional Consultant to lead a short -term assessment for a client currently using Rippling as their HRIS platform. The client believes they are not fully leveraging the system and needs a consultant to evaluate current usage, identify process gaps, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

This role is functional and business -facing, focused on HRIS optimization, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and best -practice guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two -week assessment of the client’s current Rippling HRIS setup and usage.
  
• Meet with HR, business users, leadership, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and business needs.
  
• Review current HR processes, workflows, reporting, user adoption, and system usage.
  
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to better leverage Rippling.
  
• Provide clear recommendations, quick wins, and a practical roadmap for improvement.
  
• Present findings and guidance to client stakeholders.
