Risk & Legal Manager

Deloitte, the world’s largest and leading firm for consulting and accounting services, is recruiting a Legal Counsel to join the Risk Management and Quality Department, supporting the Tax Division.

The position is open to all genders, full-time, and offered in a hybrid work model, based at Deloitte’s offices in Azrieli Towers (Tel Aviv), Ra’anana, and Rishon LeZion.

 Role Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including agreements in English.
• Advising, supervising, and monitoring risk management processes and their implementation within the Tax Division.
• Leading and supporting cross-organizational projects.
• Providing ongoing legal counsel to business units across a broad range of areas, including regulation, compliance, and adherence to professional standards.
• Advising on risk management strategies, implementation of mitigation measures, and maintaining process quality across the organization.
• Working closely with senior executives and multiple stakeholders across the firm.
• Handling diverse legal matters related to risk management.

• Licensed attorney in Israel with an LL.B degree – mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer – mandatory.
• Very high level of English – mandatory (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting – significant advantage.
• Privacy Law certification – advantage.

• ניסוח, ניתוח וניהול מו"מ על מגוון רחב של הסכמים מסחריים, לרבות בשפה האנגלית.
• ייעוץ, פיקוח ובקרה על תהליכי ניהול סיכונים ויישומם בחטיבת המס.
• טיפול בפרויקטים רוחביים בארגון.
• מתן ייעוץ משפטי שוטף ליחידות העסקיות במגוון רחב של תחומים, לרבות רגולציה, ציות ועמידה בכללים מקצועיים.
• מתן ייעוץ בנוגע לניהול סיכונים, יישום מיטיגציות ושמירה על איכות תהליכים בארגון.
• עבודה שוטפת מול גורמים בכירים וממשקים רבים בפירמה.
• טיפול בסוגיות מגוונות בתחום ניהול הסיכונים.

• עו"ד מוסמך/ת בישראל, בוגר/ת תואר ראשון במשפטים (LL.B) – חובה.
• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים כעו"ד בתחום המסחרי – חובה.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – חובה (יכולת ניסוח ותקשורת בכתב ובע"פ).
• כישורי ניסוח גבוהים בעברית ובאנגלית, בכתב ובע"פ.
• תואר במנהל עסקים/כלכלה/חשבונאות – יתרון משמעותי.
• הסמכה בדיני הגנת הפרטיות – יתרון.
• יכולת הובלת תהליכים ופרויקטים מורכבים.
• יכולת עבודה בצוות ושיתוף פעולה עם מגוון רחב של ממשקים בתוך הפירמה ומחוצה לה.
• גמישות מחשבתית, יצירתיות וחשיבה מחוץ לקופסה.
• יכולת למידה עצמאית גבוהה.
• עמידה בתנאי לחץ, הובלה עצמאית של משימות וניהול מספר פרויקטים ומשימות במקביל.
