Construction Safety Risk Coordinator is needed for a renowned construction organization.
The Construction Safety Risk Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Risk Management and Safety Departments, Subcontractors, and third-party agents to oversee the intricate processes of claim management. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring an exceptional experience for associates, subcontractors, and clients, coordinating internal and external claims management processes, and establishing relationships with medical service providers. You'll also provide guidance on risk management policies, manage follow-up care, and maintain comprehensive records of losses and incidents.
The ideal candidate for this role should have 3+ years of experience in handling CCIP and OCIP claims, along with familiarity with 1904 Subpart C - Recordkeeping Forms and Recording Criteria. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing relationships with external stakeholders such as clients, trades, physicians, and insurance agents.
Ideally, candidates should also possess experience in construction.

responsibilities:
Review all certificates of insurance to ensure Subcontractors and Sub tiers have the proper insurance in place
Review and evaluate incident reports and claim trends in coordination with the Safety Department to identity risk factors and assist with developing initiative-taking measures
Maintain complete records for all losses, injuries, and property incidents
Provide coaching, information, and assistance to management and workers on risk management policies, procedures, and best practices
Coordinate a consistent internal and external claims management process; Verify and analyze claim details to ensure the highest level of care is provided according to company policies and best practices
