Risk & Security Lead

Our ServiceNow Risk & Security team is seeking a Deputy Business Lead with an innovative, can-do attitude, business skills and proven track record in Risk & Security consulting. You'll be the right-hand to the Practise Lead based in our Prague office.

The role is combined, you will be involved in delivery of our digital transformation projects as well as in pre-sales, business strategy and product development of the 30+ strong business unit.

As a part of your job you will be...

• Collaborating closely with clients to analyze their pain points, business requirements, propose and develop effective security solutions.

• Acting as Subject Matter Expert, Designing processes, implementing, and integrating risk & security  solutions using ServiceNow for Security Incident Management, Vulnerability Response, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Third Party Risk Management, Data Privacy, ESG, and more.

• Be on top of the game regarding upcoming ServiceNow features, bringing your own ideas while having the AI capabilities in mind.

• Leading a team and being responsible for mentoring consultants, setting career paths, and scaling the practice through recruitment.

• Working in close cooperation with Security Lead to ensure business continuity and operational synergy in the unit.

• Working in an Agile environment, being supported by a team of 30+ bright individuals,

• Being proactive, constantly learning, and coming up with new ideas for products and services.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have…

• 5+ years of consulting work experience in the field of IT Risk & Security.

• Knowledge of security trends and their application to address cyber security issues.

• An understanding of security, risk, and privacy standards and frameworks such as ISO2700x family, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and others.

• Practical experience in applying AI to Risk & Security processes.

• Strong leadership and management skills, including line management experience.

• Analytical mindset and a can-do attitude.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Soft skills such as communication and presentation.

• Ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met.

• Knowledge of the German or Czech language (one of these is must)

We’d definitely welcome...

• Experience using/implementing ServiceNow IRM or SecOps is an advantage.

• A degree in Information Technologies (ideally with a focus on cyber security) is an advantage.

• Experience with software delivery using agile methodologies is an advantage.
