Position Overview:
MPC has an opportunity for a Risk Data & Systems Analytics Director! This role reports to the Risk Policies, Frameworks, & Data Management Senior Director and is responsible for leading the team that is focused on providing data and system support to the Middle Office Risk Oversight, Risk Policy and Performance Measurement teams. Under the strategic leadership of the successful candidate, the team will provide data insights and visualizations for Middle Office, maintain master pricing data and provide business requirements in concert with IT and Commercial to maintain Marathon’s Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) systems. Middle Office is new to MPC and this is an opportunity to help shape the Middle Office relationships and process improvements.
