Risk Management Administrator

Conewago is currently seeking a Risk Management Administrator to play a key role in evaluating, monitoring, and mitigating risk across the organization. The position is centered around Insurance Administration and Claims Management with the ideal candidate being someone who is detail-oriented, motivated and brings experience in insurance and claim administration—specifically within the construction industry. Experience in claims management a plus but will train the right candidate.

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Risk/Insurance Administration:

• 
  
  
  
  • Manage organization’s insurance programs, including policy selection, renewal, claim management for WC, GL, Auto, Umbrella, Professional, EQ, Cyber, Management, Property and more…
  
  
  • Collaborate with insurance professionals to maintain adequate, cost-effective coverage that meets the organizational needs of the business.
  
  
  
  

·         Claims Management:

• 
  
  
  
  • Manage claims from initial report through closure, including loss reporting, investigation, and corrective action planning.  
  
  
  • Workers Compensation:
    
    
    
    • Coordinate with injured employees to ensure appropriate care and support return-to-work efforts.
    
    
    • Partner with Safety Team on root cause investigations and strategies to prevent future incidents.  
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Contract Management:
  
  
  
  • Manage Subcontractor Certificate of Insurance and Prequalification programs.
  
  
  • Organize and review contracts providing recommendations to VP of Risk Management
  
  
  • Monitor mechanic’s lien statues and ensure timely notice filings.
  
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, including insurance, claims management and investigation.


• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.


• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
