While a hybrid schedule is available, regular on\u2011site presence is essential.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts across system, hospital, and ambulatory settings\n * Oversee proactive risk management initiatives\n * Evaluate claims and support litigation management\n * Serve as a consultant to executives, physicians, and staff on risk\u2011related matters\n * Direct and monitor incident reporting processes\n * Provide guidance and support to physicians proactively and throughout the claims process\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Must be a Registered Nurse - Current Ohio RN license\n * Master\u2019s degree in nursing or a related field preferred\n * 3\u20135 years of relevant healthcare management experience\n * Background in nursing, law, insurance, or claims\n * Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (preferred)\n * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills\n\n\n\n \n\nIf you\u0027re an experienced RN with a passion for risk management and patient safety\u2014and you live within approx. an hour of Dayton\u2014we encourage you to apply.
