The Risk Policy Sr Group Manager manages multiple teams through other managers. A in-depth understanding of the consumer finance industry, common consumer unsecured lending products and Collections/Recovery risk and operations area is absolutely necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of the unsecured lending collections/Recovery risk strategies and policies within Franchise and In-Business Risk Management organization, combined with a solid practical grounding in both Collections and Recovery operations. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation is necessary. Responsible for developing and executing all Recovery strategies. Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategies of Recovery area. Responsible for managing the interactions and collaboration with Recovery Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Forecasting team, Credit Risk Policy team etc. to achieve the common business goals.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
