Risk Product Manager

Twisto, a Param Company is a leading Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) service provider in CEE region. With our mobile app and virtual/physical payment cards, customers can conveniently defer payments, divide them into installments, split bills with friends, and manage invoices. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of risk-related features such as fraud prevention, credit scoring, and KYC/KYB solutions. In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle - from idea to launch - while ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive innovation in risk management.

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for risk-related features (e.g., fraud prevention, credit scoring, KYC, sanctions screening, etc.).

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders across the business and translate them into clear specifications and user stories.

• Collaborate with Risk, Customer Care, Product, Registration team, Operations, Legal teams.

• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and impact on business KPIs (e.g., fraud rate, approval rates).

• Work with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements across different markets.

• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, acting as a strong communicator and decision-maker.

• Stay up to date with emerging fintech risk trends and best practices to drive innovation in risk management tools.
