What you can offer us: 

• Train and mentor RMA technicians 
• Assign daily workload and prioritize urgent returns 
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Manage incoming RMA workflow from receipt to closure 
• Primary contact for RMA Lab for inquiries about Sales, Customer Operations and Support.
• Promote and execute on the ISO9001 standards approved for RMA area. Complete required training which you are assigned.
• Develop and maintain clear metrics for RMA activities, including volume, turnaround time, defect categories, and root causes.
• Analyze repairs and provide data/analysis on trends to Engineering Group and SC Planning. 
• Salesforce-Update salesforce and provide quotes.

What you need to succeed

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Electronics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) 
• 2–5 years of experience in: 
  • Electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing 
  • RMA / Returns processing / failure analysis 
• Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS), preferably aligned with ISO 9001(preferred)
