Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing clinical and administrative operations
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinical staff
• Monitor care quality, timeliness, and compliance
• Participate in performance improvement programs
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care

• RN license in Texas preferred
• 5+ years of home health or related healthcare experience
• 2+ years of home health leadership experience.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and home health standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
