Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Nurse to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, ensuring their safety and comfort while delivering high-quality healthcare services. This position offers opportunities for per diem, contract, or travel assignments across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients, monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care based on urgency.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.


• Educate patients and families on cardiac health management and post-discharge instructions.


• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Current RN license, BLS/CPR, TB, ACLS in the state of practice.


• 2 years' experience in cardiac nursing or critical care preferred.


• Strong knowledge of emergency medicine and triage procedures.


• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
