Job Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care


• Arrange your daily and weekly schedule to suit your needs


• Care coordination for better outcomes


• Variety of home visits, including medication checks, wound care, IV infusions, and assessments


• Electronic charting on an iPad is provided for you

Job Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills


• 1 Year RN Experience


• Participate in a team that supports you


• Able to Lift, Pull, and Push up to 50 Pounds


• Valid Driver's License


• Current CPR
